What we collect, why we are allowed to, where it is stored, and how to make us delete it. Written to be understood on one read.

Legal entity

Zaurion Ventures LLP

Nividh is a trading name of Zaurion Ventures LLP. Every engagement is contracted with Zaurion Ventures LLP; Nividh is the name we trade and market under.

01Who is responsible for your data

Zaurion Ventures LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership, is the controller of the personal data described on this page. Nividh is a trading name of Zaurion Ventures LLP.

Write to legal@nividh.com for anything on this page, including a request to see, correct, or delete what we hold. A person reads that inbox.

02What we collect

Three things, and nothing else:

What you send us in a form
Your name, company, email, website, what you sell, and your message. We also record which page you submitted from, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string, so we can tell a real enquiry from a bot.
Standard server logs
Our host records the usual technical detail — IP address, request path, timestamp, browser type — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
Analytics, if you allow it
Which pages you viewed, how you moved between them, clicks and form submissions on the page, approximate location derived from your IP, and a recording of your session on the site. This runs only under the consent rules in the next section.

We do not ask for and do not want special-category data — health, biometric, political, or financial account details. Please do not put any of it in a form on this site.

03Cookies, consent and analytics

Which analytics run depends on where you are, and we decide that without making a single network call before you have chosen. Your browser's time zone tells us which regime applies, so nothing about you leaves your device pre-consent.

In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, nothing loads until you press Accept on the banner. Everywhere else, privacy-friendly analytics start by default and a dismissible notice tells you so, with an opt-out in the same place. Either way your choice is stored in your browser under the key nv_consent and is remembered for 180 days, after which we ask again.

Two providers run when analytics are on. Microsoft Application Insights records page views, geography, and JavaScript errors. Mixpanel records product events, automatically captured clicks and form submissions, and a session replay of your visit — pages, clicks, and scrolling — which we use to find where the site confuses people.

Both send their data through our own domain first, at /api/t/, before we forward it on. That is so browser tracking-protection does not silently break our own page-view counts. It is not a way to get around your choice: when you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent.

There are no advertising cookies, no ad-network pixels, no cross-site retargeting, and no data broker receives anything from this site. Application Insights sets its own first-party cookies (ai_user, ai_session) when it is running; Mixpanel keeps its identifier in your browser's local storage.

04Why we are allowed to hold it

To answer you
You asked us to. Handling your enquiry, and the steps before a possible contract, is our basis for keeping what you send.
To run an engagement
Performance of the contract, once you are a client.
To keep the site up and safe
Our legitimate interest in security, abuse prevention, and reliability. That covers server logs.
To measure and improve the site
Your consent where consent is required, and our legitimate interest in understanding what is useful elsewhere. You can withdraw or object at any time.

05What we do with it

We use what you send to reply to you and, if we work together, to run your engagement. We use analytics to understand which pages help and which do not.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use your enquiry to add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not build advertising profiles.

06Who else touches it

Only the processors that make the site work, each under a data-processing agreement and each acting on our instructions:

Microsoft Azure
Hosting, the database that stores enquiries, and Application Insights. Our resources are in the East US 2 region.
Mixpanel
Product analytics and session replay, on their United States region.
Professional advisers
Accountants and lawyers, where they need it and only then.

We will also disclose data where the law genuinely requires it. If we are ever compelled to hand over data about you, we will tell you unless we are legally barred from doing so.

07Where it goes

Our infrastructure sits in the United States. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, that is an international transfer, and we rely on the standard contractual clauses included in our providers' data-processing terms, together with their supplementary safeguards.

If you would rather your details never left your region, do not use the form — email us instead and tell us so, and we will handle the enquiry accordingly.

08How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: for as long as we are in a live conversation, and up to 24 months after our last contact so we know who has already spoken to us. Then deleted.
  • Client records: for the engagement, plus the period our accounting and tax obligations require.
  • Application Insights telemetry: 90 days, then automatically purged.
  • Mixpanel events and session recordings: under Mixpanel's retention settings for our workspace, and deleted sooner on request.
  • Your consent record: 180 days in your own browser. It never reaches our servers.

09If we contacted you as a prospect

Nividh runs outbound campaigns for client companies. If a message from us landed in your inbox, on your phone, or in your LinkedIn, this section is the one you want.

We process business contact details — name, role, employer, business email, business phone, and public professional profile — sourced from public professional sources and licensed data vendors. We do so on behalf of the client whose product the message is about; they are the controller and we act as their processor.

You can stop it immediately. Reply to the message asking to be removed, or write to legal@nividh.com. We suppress that contact across every campaign we run, not just the one that reached you, and the suppression is permanent. We will also tell you which client the outreach was for, and pass your request to them, so you can go to the source if you want your details erased there too.

Every message we send identifies who is sending it and carries a working way to opt out. If you got something from us that did not, that is a defect on our side and we want to know about it.

10Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop a particular use, or withdraw consent you have given. We do not charge for this and we will not make you jump through hoops.

Depending on where you live, these rights come from the GDPR and UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or state privacy laws in the United States. We apply the same standard to everyone rather than sorting people by jurisdiction.

We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local supervisory authority — but please raise it with us first, because we would rather fix it.

11Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries go to a first-party endpoint on our own domain and into an access-controlled database — no third-party form service sits in the middle. Access to that data is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

No one can promise perfect security. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant regulator within the time the law requires, and we will say what actually happened.

12Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will say so rather than quietly editing the page.
